Giorgio Germont is fifty three years old. A free lance writer. His previous works have been of technical nature, this book is his first venture in the romance fiction genre. The author is a former Army Corps Medical Officer with substantial experience in medicine. The smell and the sight of blood over his many years in the field have given him a vantage point to see life at its most basic. Raw and tender, denigrating and sublime. The author is married, a family man, father of two grown children. A closet musician with many interests in the humanistic fields, Giorgio’s taste of literature is eclectic, with roots in the Bible, Greek tragedy, Shakespeare, Verlaine, Borges, Saramago and Vargas Llosa to mention just a few. Giorgio has two other books in print at this time, a collection of short stories and a dramatic, historic fictionalized novel.
